We have been trying to present a suitable model for the external body of the high-ranking administrative-commercial building in Tehran by adhering to cultural, natural, economic principles and values and connecting with the context. Based on this, the patterns of Iranian architectural history and their constituent elements were taken into consideration and an attempt was made to use them in today's architecture once again. In such a way that it is the manifestation of the city's identity. Rereading the historical patterns makes it clear that Iranian architecture, both when it is manifested in a small building and when it is manifested in a symbolic form, has been modest despite the attention to details.
This project has searched for glory not in elevation but in cultural harmony. Based on this, he has tried to create a uniform and horizontal platform to make an impression of the facade by taking advantage of the essence of yesterday's architecture. An essence that appeared everywhere in the design, either when the continuity of vision is followed in the faces of the building, or when creating a modern porch in the facade and a view that is like a hat on top of the building.
